Abstract
This research work examine the impact of corporate governance and management of organization a case study of MTN kaduna, Nigeria. Research objectives and questions were formulated in the course of this research work and survey research design and Internal Consistency method by using Cronbach Alpha test for ascertaining the reliability of the pre-study responses collected through the research instrument. Questionnaire were distributed to 100 staff of MTN in Kaduna, and the findings from this research work shows that corporate governance has a positive impact on management of MTN Kaduna, Nigeria. Therefore is recommended that all corporate governance mechanism should be adopted and empowered to run the operations of the organization for greater performance or profitability of MTN Kaduna Nigeria.
